Designed as the first stage of a larger rural property, this Aongatete folly will be built ahead of the main house, creating a beautiful standalone retreat while the wider vision for the property takes shape.

Thoughtfully positioned to make the most of the surrounding landscape, the folly has been designed as a destination in its own right — a place to escape, relax and enjoy the rural setting.

The main residence will follow, with the two buildings designed to sit comfortably within the landscape and work together as part of the overall property.
