PAPAMOA HOUSE (renovation)

Located directly across the road from the beach this project consists of adding a top floor to take in the breath taking views of the Papamoa coast. Recladding and re-forming the overall look was also high on the agenda. Use of timber materials and a clean white reference back to the natural beach feel of the site. Privacy is also considered with a clever timber screen to allow one to see out of the main bedroom but not in.
