PAPAMOA TOWNHOUSES

A design to comply with local planning rules yielded two townhouses that maximise the site while taking advantage of coastal views. A simple design strategy based on minimal forms and a cost effective contrasting material and colour palette. When directing your view from inside towards the coast, a hint of natural timber brings beach feel to the inside skin of a gable form that wraps the building.
