tauranga HOUSE (Renovation)

This project presents the evolution of a residential design from early concept through to the completed home. The gallery includes original CAD imagery that illustrates the initial architectural ideas, followed by photographs of the finished build that show how the design was realised on site.

The home was conceived with a clear and contemporary form, focusing on functional planning and strong connections between interior living spaces and the surrounding outdoor areas. Clean lines and carefully proportioned volumes create a modern architectural presence while allowing natural light to shape the internal environment.
